For growth reasons, Patchmanager is on the lookout for a communicative Technical Consultant. Your main responsibility would be to help customers successfully implement the industry-leading PATCH MANAGER software solution.
Most of your work would be done remotely, but on occasion, you would travel internationally for onsite consultancy, training, and demos. Once the software is operational you will remain closely involved with the customer account You will interact with customer representatives from the work floor up through to (senior) management.
As a Technical Consultant, you are educated to a degree level in a technical subject or exact science and have 1 to 3 years of professional experience. You have a natural affinity for IT hardware or software and possess a strong customer focus.

- Strong analytical skills;
- You can plan and organize your tasks;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
You will be based in Amsterdam, working in a multi-dimensional role with responsibility and plenty of room for personal growth. You will have a big part to play in making our customer deployments successful!
