Who are you?
As a Scrum Master you have experience with Agile methodologies (like SCRUM) for at least 3 years and act on a HBO/WO/University level. Most important is you get (own) the Agile way of working.

 

You have proven coaching skills, lead by example and you are a real motivator. You never stop learning and you’re always two (or more) steps ahead with your Agile knowledge. You like to play a pro-active part in the progression of yourself and the development department.

 

What you will do.
For 1 to 2 Agile development teams in Zeist you will be the dedicated Scrum Master, assisting in development of new (cloud-based) functionality to make the exchange of healthcare information effortless for medical doctors and their supportive staff.

Inspired by the Spotify model we work in Squads with 2 to 3 developers, a tester, automation engineer and you. Our sprints are bi-weekly and we release every 3 months.

As Scrum Master you will facilitate the teams with their flow and focus, pushing individual and team to the best they can be. You help, inspire and coach your fellow Scrum Masters (and viceversa) to increase the Agile maturity in the organization.
