The Lead Data Scientist will play an important part in the one-second mission of Inner Circle. At the moment, every 9,8 seconds, a member gets together in real life.

Your job as…

As the first Data Scientist at Inner Circle, you will get ownership of the data domain, maximizing the value of our matching platform as well as (further) enabling teams to make the best decisions based on data and insights.

From start, you will get your hands dirty, build business cases and make an impact across all customer touchpoints, from the earliest touchpoint in the marketing funnel, to the core Inner Circle apps on web and mobile, down to CRM. Over time you will Lead and Expand your Data & BI team to meet the growing challenges of a scale-up. You will work closely with internal teams and specialized agencies.

Your focus will be on:

• advanced anlytics and automations (revenue predictions, ML, image processing)
• core matching algorithms (2 sided recommender)
• democratize date (dashboard and reporting. structuring data)
• build out a scalable data infrastructure that acts as a single source of truth.

What do you need

First of all you’re excited about leveraging data to bring people together. Next to this you will have:

• at least 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack data scientist.
• strong Python and SQL essential).
• strong knowledge in ML models (concept to production), computer vision and NLP.
• hands-on experience setting up and working with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc).

The Lead Data Scientist is:

• a strong communicator, goal-oriented and driven by making an impact.
• a prioritization and project management pro, understanding of business impact for various solutions.
• able to turn complex business problems and data insights into clear business cases that are easy to understand and practical to act on for cross-functional teams.
• humble, organized, ambitious and always looking to learn.

Note: You need to have permission to work in the EU. We are unable to provide relocation for this position.
