NetYCE

NetYCE enables network engineers to build automations in no time without coding. With its unique framework, NetYCE enables NSP’s and MSP’s to unify, streamline and automate all of their network lifecycle change processes for Legacy-, SDN, NFV- & Cloud networks.

A team of 10 is working from Weesp (Amsterdam) and together with partners and vendors all over the world. NetYCE is market leader in Multi-vendor & Hybrid Network Automation & Service Orchestration. Clients include Rabobank, Ziggo and the Duth Ministry of Defence.

System Software Engineer

As a System Software Engineer you will be working on the netYCE automation framework. On a high level you will discuss designs with the lead architect and move on with architecting and building new features and functions. Next to this you will be responsible for testing, deploying and maintaining the software you built.

You will be working on a multi process Linux environment, where performance and scalability are key. Next to the chief architect you will be working with a full stack developer. Many of the product’s functions involve dealing with internal API’s or third-party API’s. For front-end development, we use Angular 1.0 (a javascript framework), which is serviced using netYCE back-end system (Perl) with Mojolicious. NetYCE uses MySQL and MariaDB as their databases. There is room for discussion to use other technologies for new add-ons to the system.
