For a (mental) Healthcare IT organization in Rotterdam we’re on the lookout for an experienced Web Engineer
As a senior developer you will take lead in the further development of the web application. In a strong team of engineers and designers you will be designing, architecting and developing their web portal in React. You will be safeguarding the quality and stability of the codebase.
Our web application serves healthcare professionals, interacting with patients via the mobile app. Both applications provide chat and online video options.
You have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in technology
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and a good understanding of TypeScript
- Knowledge of popular JS library/frameworks like Redux & Sagas is preferred
- Experience in maintaining codebase for a long-running project
- Familiar with unit tests, CI, lint, etc
- Passion for writing clean code with excellent readability
- Great team player with good communication skills in English
- Experience with agile development
- Great feeling of responsibility for the output of your development team
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Github or Bitbucket account with relevant projects or contributions
