For this massive, universe scalable application we’re looking for a web developer who will work in a Utrecht based SCRUM team. Together with the team you will be building new applications, functionalities and scale-ups.
Builds will be done in Node.js, Zend, Angular and Mean. VidaXL uses an in-house cloud and applications are built using the full Atlassian stack, using Nightwatch, GIT, Grunt and Docker. Business is leading, not technology. You’re not bound to one development language. Architecture is what makes you tick. 5 million messages a day and over 10 million visitors a day. 50Tb on monthly traffic and growing 10% a month. If you’re not enthusiastic yet, better stop reading…
You are smart and experienced in building web applications with open source technologies like PHP, Node.js or Angular.js. Preferably you already have experience building scalable & serious solutions using open source databases like MariaDB, NoSQL, Elastic and MongoDB.
Fulltime job in the center of Utrecht. No need to say (I hope) it’s working in an exciting and challenging environment. A possibility to state yourself as a kick-ass professional.
Note: In addition to local Dutch residents, other EU-nationals are welcome to apply as well as non-EU citizens with a residence permit for the Netherlands. At this stage it’s important you’re already residing in NL.
HEBBES Personeel is an exclusive partner in this search. After a short Skype session with one of our consultants you’ll have 2 interviews at VidaXL. You’re so close!
